You pay for the hit's. Does anyone remember the Video music channel called "the box".The channel charged 2.00 a video.You wait an hour and see it.
Picture this a national network with local affiliates.Charging 99 cents a song.
You could access a playlist via the internet or cell phone or e-mail.The format would more than likly be a CHR with a handful of classics in the mix to pick from.No sales people just someone to make sure a computer is working properly on a local level and a phone bank somewhere to handle complaints or someone who wants to talk to a live operator with a charge of course.
The station would have no jocks or commercials.This could actually work.
