I think the problem is, what happened, that K. M. is referring to.
Here, I or someone else made a suggestion, soon, it's spills over to another board, and somewhere, someone's guess, turns into "industry talk," rumors are born, and once they are rumors, there's no distinction between something comming out of a an inside track, and something that was a shot in the dark.
That's what happened with the My/Star 98.7 thing. Everyone thought that Star was flipping, and when I made a suggestion, it got legs, when others began posting aboutit. And in the end, Star didn't flip, but got the publicity it wanted, here on the board.
And, it could have been worse. Mis-infomation could lead the Radio-info people to get sued.
So I see K.M.'s concern.
