ACCESS.1 ATLANTIC CITY MOSTLY SOLD

1580 WGYM

I thought 1580 was still in play, even with perhaps a temp signal.

Anyways, what COULD one do with GYM?

I thought operating it a la WNPV/Lansdale - circa late 80's to early 90's. They were a decent sounding Full Service (all news in mornings, music middays outside of the midday talk block, not sure about afternoons).

Mornings and afternoons would be a features-rich news magazine program. Local headlines, weather, traffic, sports (emphasis on High Schools in season) and whatever syndie :60 features they can load.

Middays, Weekend afternoons, overnights (Sundown - sunrise): Featuring music (50s-90s, mellow, lots of oh wow! factor...) and maybe a swap shop at 12 middays.

Partner with NBC 40: Simulcast EVERY newscast produced by WMGM-TV/DT.

Sports: Atlantic County High School Game(s) of the Week.

Weekend Mornings: Brokered and specialty programs (financial, real estate, local focused, etc)

Now, where's my checkbook?
