Where the hell did it go? Did Debby blow it away?
Do you think anyone trusts Bruce? Hasn't he burned all of his bridges?Cedric said:Ooops... my bad... then who is on those towers out at Egypt Lake?
I think diplexing sounds like a better idea than 750 watt days... I bet a lot of stations are wary about getting involved with Genesis. They do have a penchant for ripping other people's clients.
...and Bruce probably isn't looking forward to signing a non-compete...
I thought WTMP was down by the Port.Nostalgia said:responding to both Cedric and The Bishop: any station looking to allow another station to duplex onto their stick is looking at a very long term relationship. A lot of engineering, time, and MONEY is involved in filters and changes to the owners actual physical plant. This is not just like co-locating a couple of FM antennas on the same stick, more like a master FM antenna scenario where everybody has a stake. But in this case you have the master antenna owner and the guy diplexing onto it is just a renter. Getting him off if there is a problem (read no rent payments) may be a little more complicated!
Cedric, as for Egypt Lake, I think it is WTMP-AM 3 tower directional there.
Me, too!Cedric said:I f***ing love AM radio. If it wasn't for AM radio, I'd be homeless.
