Anarchy on North Shadeland

To Charlie's credit, you will see how well he is respected when he leaves and many of the Susquehanna to Cumulus transplants leave shortly there after. If you speak to any of those people who have recently left Cumulus, they will tell you that if it weren't for Charlie, they would have left long ago. Until you have lived in the situation where one company is bought by another...whether it's MyStar to Entercom, or Susquehanna to Cumulus, you truly don't understand the struggle that your loyalites face.
 
Yeah, you're probably right. Cumulus seems like a poor company to work for.

Now, tell me how all of you justify the same kind of personnel carnage occurring when this operation was still owned and operated by Susquehanna?

Dozens of former employees ran out of North Shadeland now find success in our industry locally with other companies. And, as I understand, reading other postings here, local management had the autonomy [from Susquehanna corporate] to do as they wish so they must have made these personnel decisions. There are probably just as many former Susquehanna employees who would take issue with how they were treated by local management as those who've recently lost jobs "because of Cumulus."
