If it made the billboard top 40 it gets played on "it."
No, It doesn't for the 80's. I'm give you 10 examples from 1983 (when I tracked some of the show): "Memory"/Barry Manilow, "Bad Boy"/Ray Parker, Jr., "We've Got Tonight"/Kenny Rogers & Sheena Easton, "I Knew You When"/Linda Ronstadt, "The Clapping Song"/Pia Zadora, "Automatic Man"/Michael Sembello, "Spice Of Life"/Manhattans, "Miracles"/Stacy Lattisaw, "Lady Love Me"/George Benson, "How Many Times Can We Say Goodbye"/Dionne Warwick & Luther Vandross, "I Couldn't Say No"/Robert Ellis Orral with Carlene Carter. This is not all the Top 40 misses from that year.
I'm sure other years in this decade will have as many holes.
<<<<<< Speaking of holes in the 80's...IT has missed this song everytime. Has anyone heard this this year on IT.....
Summmr of 1981...... Robbie Patton..."Don't Give It Up". It's a hard fine anywhere even though that charted into the top 25, anyone heard it?
