It's pretty subjective, asking a pool of techs for a processing critique... but here goes ;D
To me, the amount of processing and density is about right for the format. It sounds like you're taking a sample of an FM airchain though... a lot of high frequency limiting in there.
On my speakers, lots of bass, lots of highs, not a lot of presence, which makes your dialog a little hard to pick out.
If you're laying your weather over a reusable jingle bed (we did this a lot with Audition), the jingle needs to be about 1/3 lower in level. The mix made it hard to hear the voice. If you pull it down a bit, the processor will use the voice to duck the jingle, which is probably what you intended.
Otherwise, nice & tight. I heard "Heart and Soul". Whatever you're using handled the percussion great... not too aggressive & no holes punched in the audio.
My grade... almost there! ;D But then, this is like putting 10 cooks in the same kitchen and asking them to agree on something.
