Anyone noticed this market moved down in ranking?

I've started a thread on this topic WHLI DROPS TO NUMBER 19.[/u]

Thanks,

dj21ofnj,

My mistake. I should have thread titled like what I have on the NYRMB, Long Island Drops to Number 19.

Thanks,

Curious as to how highly the Nassau-Suffolk market ever did get.

The population there has remained pretty stable since the huge real-estate speculation days of the Eighties. And other markets have grown bigger the past quarter century.

I recall them being # 11 in the country at one point. That would have been 12+, of course, instead of the 6+. Either way, with the place lacking an actual downtown hub, that's pretty impressive.

Anyone know for sure what the loftiest ranking the market ever got was?
