Are daytime talk shows successful?

You won't see Elton John performing at a dive bar. The same as you won't see Josh Elliot broadcasting corn hole. He thinks he is high end talent.

Hosting a summer filler reality show might be the network equivalent of corn hole.

Of course, the bigger difference is Elton John actually is high-end talent.

Im saying fire one of these other egotistical untalented hosts like cowherd and give eliott his spot executives if you reading this my suggestion will be a success.
Got any research to show that your suggestion(s) will translate into success? Personal opinion doesn’t count.

So fire an egotistical untalented host and replace him with more of the same. Sure.

But guess what...many of those egotistical untalented hosts, as defined by you, are a success. So, yeah, no.

Are you a network exec? My comment was not directed at you so please dont need your comments on this thanks.

Weren’t you banned before because of stuff like this?

You’re trying too hard to be interested in media. You don’t even work in the business. You say you’re 23, yet your posts look like something a first grader would type. Why would we take you seriously if you can’t punctuate or spell correctly?

Leave the discussion to the pros and those that actually have a strong working knowledge of the business, even if they don’t currently work in or retired from it.

Frank or David?

It's OK if radio "fans" voice opinions... part of the focus of this group over the decades has been a way for non-radio people to find out how the sausage is made.

However, nobody has the right to tell another poster to "shut up" as that is just not courteous. Differing opinions are the only reason this kind of group, in any area of endeavor, can work.

And you can always ignore a person whose posts you don't care to read.

Fair enough.

Just because you want to censor people like me doesnt mean your opinion is any more valuable than mine and frank knows my reasons for being on this site so you dont need to act like a little kid on here and try to get me banned because you personally dont agree with me or my posts that is something called ignorance. I have spoke with frank about this also i am here just as much to learn about media and broadcasting as much as i am to comment on posts dont know if one could say the same for you ksradio. And it is unfortunate that people like you dont have more appreciation for younger people like me having an appreciation for media and radio. Instead you would try to get someone banned because you dont agree with them that is childish and quite frankly it is people like you that should be banned.
