Insight Rockford doesn't do very well with EAS tests either... I've seen their system (force tune on digital, blank out with message / audio on all channels for non-digital sets) run the "A Civil Authority has issued a RMT for all of IL..." until the end time of the test since it never got the EOM to the box. Actually come to think of it, I think I cheked and the LP1 never issued the EOM since I don't recall seeing it on our print-out.
