B 101 could wait another week, even if someone launched now, because they own the Christmas position in Philly. Sunny gave them a run...for 1 year...and B beat them soundly every year after the first year.

You'd be surprised. Wasn't it last year that B101 jumped because WJBR did?

JBR DOES put a decent signal into the southern half of the market. WLEV's signal on the northern end (and in the City of Philadelphia itself) I don't think is good enough to make B flip yet.
