Beatles Overkill On Q105?

Beatles Overkill On Q105? How about Music Choice 80's Channel on Bright house & Verizon and the overkill of the song by Bobby McFerrin - Don't Worry Be Happy!! 3 freaking times a day for the last month!!!

They should play it only after playing Gilbert O'Sullivan's song about the tower.

MsMusicRadio is correct, "JoJo" is not. RBQ dominates the numbers for adult women in Tampa Bay. #1 25-54, #1 35-64 and even #2 18-34, based on last week's PPM. Eagle is not even close. The station climbed out of the mud and has gone to the top of their target demo with the arrival of Scott Walker and JoJo Kincaid. Mason's numbers are huge as well. Further, they hit #1 in billing over the Summer. A year earlier, they were #16. Whether you believe PPM reflects 'real' listening or not, knowing how to move the People Meter is the name of the game.

Yes, 22, it was amazing how just about a year ago, everybody was getting ready to write a eulogy for WRBQ.

If radio had a "comeback player of the year" award, WRBQ would win it, hands down.

And that proves that radio can still be done with personalities and still be a winner

When done with respect to the audience and artist: Always was, always will.

Right. And they are doing it without a shock jock or bizarre stunts.

Music Choice was at its best in the '90s...
