I haven't see them either, but I believe the rule of thumb is that if the original show was done on video tape then the rights STAY with the show and if it was done on film they'd have to be relicensed for syndication. (I honestly have know clue how B&B was transfered from the animation)
Anyway... I would assume that the music vids would be part of the syndication agreement between the rights owner, distributor and Comedy Central. It's just like any other syndicated show where (c) music is used.
