Bernie Ward's take on KGO

Putting the canned KGOers on another station would hurt KGO ratings I guess. I read the Ward take, I wonder if some Corp has to go through a big Machiavellian Deal to move to syndicrap talk radio? Just DO IT! It is bad that the charities are going to be cut, and the Xmas cookie contest? That is really scrooge-like. Of course Burns supported the HP Chairman Fiorina when she gave some hardboiled view of firing people...what goes around comes around MR BURNS!

Most talk Stations have one or two local shows during the week and the rest sydicrap.

I listened to the entire show last night and the only reason he got into baseball was because a caller from Seattle wanted to talk about hockey trades. Doug admitted he knew nothing about hockey, but did talk about the reasons why players in a sport are traded. He then expanded the topic to talk a bit about something he knows about, baseball. He has said that he takes calls on any subject, and before long we has off to another subject. This is a big change from Ray Taliaferro who would talk only about politics and then stumble about for 4 hours hemming and hawwing about it, not saying anything of substance.
