Good thing I took 4 years of Spanish in High School/College and lived in a Spanish country for a year... helped and now I'm fluent... anyway Zararadio is an excellent package, I use it exclusively only with Sound Solutions and basically got rid of all the other automation software!
As far as getting the records/tapes/cd's to mp3's, get Audacity (freeware) and record it as you would anything on your computer, you can make excellent professionally done work, in fact I edit the offending language off the music and replace it with non offending material and you cannot hear any clue what's been done, ie. radio-edit.
Try it... it's even as fun as broadcasting....
