1. A good PD has an overall vision, grasp of mechanics and can motivate a staff without stifling their creativity. PD's who have endless aircheck sessions or exhibit other controlling behavior are doomed to failure. A good PD must also deliver ratings.
2. I am curious about the best in Seattle. KUBE's PD would win the award if it is based on ratings. WOLF's PD launched a format well. I hear good reports about L at the END and Marcus at KBKS too.
