I wouldn't say they're lazy, but probably overworked. Too few people running too many stations. There just aren't enough hours in the day to get it all done. Look at Jeff Stevens...OM and PD of 106.5, 99.9, and 107.7, AND Morning Host on Mix 107.7. Great guy as well!
94.5 and 106.5 are on auto-pilot, and will probably be that way forever. Sad.
