I'm absolutely dumbfounded that so many people are still willing to defend Cosby, and denounce his accusers. Sure, it's possible that a few of them are seeking publicity or some kind of financial payoff, but I'm sure the majority are legitimate. Here is what Cosby said in the deposition earlier this year regarding Andrea Constad:
“I don’t hear her say anything. And I don’t feel her say anything. And so I continue, and I go into the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection. I am not stopped...I think I’m a pretty decent reader of people and their emotions on these romantic sexual things, whatever you want to call them.”
So even as he defends himself, he more or less admits that he crossed the line. If a woman does not say or indicate 'yes,' then the answer is 'No'...and this rule even counts if you've given her drugs - which he has also admitted, by the way.. I knew this rule applied 40 years ago when I was single, and Cosby knows it too.
