Biz Radio gone again?

Nice piece as always, Chuck...thanks for keeping track of all of this. It must be a fulltime job for you!

I haven't seen mention of another one of the corporate "entities" BizRadio used, and I believe it's the one they handled some of the payroll from while I was there. It's called "Business Radio Partners," and I believe I also saw it as, "BizRadio Partners." Might drop those assumed names past someone who's interested. I'd hate to see any stone left unturned.

Elisea's already baking up curry cakes with files and Saw-zall's buried inside.

Elisea might need her own attorney. Lately federal prosecutors have been going after spouses if they knew spent the money and should have had reason to believe that something "frishy" was going on. Elisea may not be a target, but I would not doubt it either considering her active involvement and lifestyle (at the expense of defrauded investors).

So what happens when you're interviewed on TV and the reporter finds out later that you are the subject of a serious financial investigation by the SEC and others? That's a question I attempted to pose to Maria Bartiromo with CNBC only to be met with - no response. So...I'm trying a more public approach to my interview request.

The SEC Receiver related to the FCC filing action have several tentacles. (1) It is a formality so the SEC Receiver Tom Taylor can take possession so the line of ownership is clean; (2) The SEC Receiver will effect the sale and I suspect sooner rather than later; (3) I suspect the Receiver is in negotiations with prospective buyers including, but not limited, to Salem.

Since Rehan Siddiqi elected to exercise his option to purchase on March 2 - three days before Frishberg signed with Salem, I would expect that the Receiver would ascertain whether that could be revived since it may provide the victims more money for a final financial settlement.

BizRadio safely in the hand of the SEC receiver who is trying to sell the station for maximum return to the defrauded investors. Meanwhile, Dan Frishberg has established a series of new blogs and websites trying to make sure that the negative publicity that he has generated through his actions disappears from the front page of google.

Click on this new blog entry and share with others so that the true message about Dan is always front and center.
