the downward spiral continues with the new overall numbers;
how low can you go?

I don't have access to the demo breakouts, but you do realize while they aren't as high as they were last year, their overall #'s are up a little bit from when you made your initial post??

6.0 is now 4 point something;
put whatever spin you want, that can't be good....

Not spinning anything (and I prefer Party btw), but just pointing out while they are down from last year, they are up from when you started this thead

Having been to 49 states and sampled radio stations in many more markets over the past 10 years, I can honestly say that Al Levine is the best PM Drive jock currently on a CHR station.

"Scott" - I'm not sure when you traveled those 49 states, but al sounds like an old, way off target pedophile during every talk break. Talk about being out of touch with the demo... but we all know cox would never fire anyone, so long island radio is stuck with him. I travel all over the world and have worked in this industry for many years, wbli has no appeal other than a very strong signal. Those that are on-air there as well as the overall image of the station are stale, weak and a cheap wannabe of the world famous Z100 right next door in the #1 market. Check out JJ on WHTZ and see the ultimate genius that OWNS PM Drive. Then switch over to painfully catch one of your buddies; al's talk breaks... BIG difference. Out with the old and in the with the new.

Al is great on the phones, his delivery is always smooth, and he has tremendous energy. Yes, he is older than his core audience; however, he does a great job relating to them.
