I think the resurfaced Charles doubleH, III is mistaking Ron and Fez with the hilarious morning team, Turban and Fez, and yes, they can make it here.
 
I knew a dude from DC who liked Ronny and Fezzy. R and F also had a lawn care show (great advice - listen) and spoke of vast wonderous places in Central PA that grew tulips the size of small peach trees and had manicured, beautiful grass. They also like the WWE, redneck acres and goat farmers who find the "the mark". Their show would resonate well in Central PA and probably moreso to the staff of PSU.
 
I agree Drawer Z.
The audience would be there.
A morning team such as this would be as refreshing as a secret nacho dip on Draft Day.
Maybe, like Bob and Tom they will fail to connect with advertisers.
