john allan, i would like to see the sunny 100 playlist.....

I don't have it any more. I helped Scott by organizing it, printing a "library list", and by adding some deeper cuts. There was no magic there. It was an oldies library. I don't know where the base library came from, but I think it was just a Century 21 library. Scott added some deeper cuts and some personal favorites. When Scott asked me to do the "All Request Oldies Party", I (with his permission) added some cuts from the requests. If it was available, we played it.

But, man that Oldies library was deep and great...... 60 Min. Man, Bless You by Tony Orlando, Connie Francis, Bread, City of New Orleans by arlo guthrie, Last Date by Floyd Cramer (I know that John Allan remembers that song because some lady from the sticks called every nite to hear that..... I bet that John Allan can`t get that song out of his head.... it is a cool Oldies though!

Bob Bailey is THE MAN! I spent a couple of years working with him at Z93 (my first real radio gig). He couldn't be a nicer guy. Although, I may have caught some sort of lung disease by sitting next to him on the couch in the tiny jock/smokers lounge, just outside of the air studio. He loved him some cigarettes.

I do look back at my days at Z93 very, very fondly. I was there when we had Scott Evans running the Greaseman show with Roger King producing, good ol' Red Noize in middays, Bob in afternoons and Caroline Corley doing nights. And Mike O'Connor was the PD. He and Caroline taught me the most about the do's and don't's of a good jock. But it was a treat to watch Bob and Red do their thing too.

I've been lucky enough to be at 103.1 WPBZ in West Palm Beach since 1995 (I came straight from Z93). Lucky or fortunate, whatever. I'm blessed!
