WBUR is doing a nationwide search to replace Bob Oakes as morning local anchor of Morning Edition. Who would be some good people to consider for the job?
Darlene McCarthy Part III wonder if it would be a good move for Lisa Hughes. TV isn’t kind to anchors as they age.
Despite sounding absolutely terrible nowMadison Rogers. That lady is destine for greatness
Aw, come on, give the gal a break.Despite sounding absolutely terrible now
Sorry, but unfortunately I have the station on a lot, and Madison Rogers, can't get through a paragraph without stumbling.Aw, come on, give the gal a break.
I don't know how long she's been out of Emerson, but, was was pointed out elsewhere on this forum, there aren't many small market stations that can feed WBZ with experienced, well-honed talent anymore, as was the case decades ago. She's a professional and will grow even more so. Shari Small got the hang of it, but it took her a while to effectively make the transition from TV to radio.
