Is the cluster's billing based primarily around 550, 102.7, and 94.1?

As I understand it, the majority of the cluster's billing is from 102.7 and 94.1.

I bet around 10 bucks a month is from KHHL, the phone-line fed ESPN Deportes station on 103.1. LOL.

Can't they just use dial-up instead of a phone, and broadcast with a 32 or 48 KBPS AAC stream? That's better than 8 kHz.
