Her friend Shivaun Palmer does a "special "everything ft. worth show " from Zimbabwe and realizes the country fits her lifestyle and stays,Meanwhile her on site Producer gets "Pinnochio" disease.

KAAM holds a seance and tapes it,so Live performances by Benny Goodman ,Glen miller and Duke Ellington are heard once more with special Guests Count Basie, Frank Sinatra and Rudy Vallee.

David Eduardo loses an argument and actually admits he was wrong. He blames his sources.

Pugs and Kelly issues a public apology to DFW stating they realize they have no talent, never should have been on the air and blames Chicago Mayor Richard Daley for it during repeated wolfing down,gulping and swallowing submarine sandwiches.

Robert Bass recovers from wounds suffered at a gunbattle in the KEOM
studios. He immediately seizes KEOM fires Dr.James Griffin and announces that "polyester is out and hair is in" He changes formats to all 80's with repeated plays of Toni Basil's "Mickey"lasting one month.

Rush Limbaugh admits he slept with Hillary Clinton.

FLASH NEWS UPDATE.....

In a rare move forged by ABC/Disney executive programming
and an unknown radio consultant from New Guinea, known
only as Oooogaboogabohn, WBAP 820 decides to drop it's
idea of a 1190 Lonestar radio simulcast overnight in favor of
a radio version of Sex Talk with Sue Johansen. To compete
with KRLD's Racetrac 1080 traffic, all WBAP traffic updates
during the overnight hours will be from the "Trojan Traffic
Center".
 
OK to keep this thread semi on track, here is some "real" and interesting info.

A listener contacted KEOM and stated he heard a rumor that KEOM was indeed about to flip to all-80's. Gee, I wonder where that came from? At any rate, Dr. G replied stating this might actually happen in the distant future, but that he didn't even want to guess as to when that might be.

So which one of you around here wants to take credit for this rumor? ;)

...further update ..this replaces the "come and go" traffic which was deemed too suggestive .That slogan replaced the "hit and run traffic" which was deemed too violent.
 
Not even Mike? OK Robert Bass started the rumor..or was it me?Maybe he told me to tell him so he told others to tell me and thats how I informed others.???
 
Let me just say the listener who contacted us, gave us his name. Obviously I'd rather not post that information here. I will say the name he gave us, was not "Robert" or "Mike".

BREAKING NEWS!!


A landmark deal was struck in the wee hours of the morning today that brings the KILT calls from Houston to Dallas and to the 96.7 frequency. Pending FCC approval, KTYS will dump the "Twister" country format and the KTYS call to take the KILT-FM calls and an all-Irish/Scottish format and be known as "96-7, The Kilt".

Due to lousy ratings CBS changes to Movin to a new hybrid format to take on Lonestar with a Latin twist. Heavy Metal Tejano with evening mix of Gregorian Chants and bluegrass. David Eduardo decides he can program it successfully for them and offers his opinion though not asked for. He gives it anyway....."Booby Bondage" of Z Rock fame is part of AM crew with Pancho Pistolas.....Let the bullets fly.....
 
Uh, for posterity's sake ... it is important to note that there is a Full Moon this weekend, dispelling all theory that "nothing" really happens during a Full Moon at the home for the wayward and disenfranchised... :p
