WROR is # 1 by a lot.
WBZ AM continues to climb.
Many stations with nice gains post Christmas music time.
VERY nice numbers for WROR. Let's see if WBZ-AM can hold on after the cutbacks and the new lineup. WBOS up a little.
Interesting ... WAAF with a 1.1, also up a bit. Let's see how the religious folks do with 107.3.
Unlikely we'll ever know. EMF rarely subscribes its stations to Nielsen. Their success is measured in listener donations.
I've seen NPR stations that still play music (classical and/or jazz) suffer noticeable rating slumps during any month that contains an on-air pledge drive. But the stations still consider those months a success no matter how many listeners temporarily tune out because the ones who put up with the every-quarter-hour appeals are the ones supplying the credit card numbers to those eagerly waiting operators.
its only a matter of time before WODS gets a format change. Look what entercom did with the AMP radio station in detriot and that station had higher ratings than WODS

Now that WAAF is gone, 103.3 can be changed to Alternative.
They changed Amp in NYC to Alt 92.3 and they own a lot of Alternative stations. Perhaps they didn't want to hurt WAAF's ratings and heritage with creating an alt station on 103.3 initially. Now that WAAF is gone, 103.3 can be changed to Alternative.
If Entercom was to flip WODS to alternative if they had a playlist like KDKB in Phoenix I think that would do well here IMO.

Hope all the best for them. I'll be donating my money to more worthy causes than a station that plays pop music that replaces the word "baby" with "Jesus". To me it's no different than donating money to televangelicals

Any rhyme or reason as to why WMJX lost over a 2.0 share at all?

What is WODS ratings with their target audience? Females that are teenagers or young adults. If they are doing okay with that group, then I think WODS will stay their format for now even though their closest competitors (Kiss 108, Hot 96.9, JAMN 94.5) have higher overall ratings.
