Hartford being WFSB-TV (CBS) channel 3. They've been a CBS affiliate since the 1960s and are usually #1 at 6 PM and neck-and-neck at 11 PM with NBC O&O WVIT-TV channel 30 of New Britain/Hartford. Despite being picked up with ease to the north in Springfield, MA, Merideth decided to be greedy and start up a secondary channel to that area (separate market from Hartford/New Haven), put it on low-power channel 67 and call the service "CBS 3" since that's where it is on cable.
