If anything, Entercom is looking for stations to buy in Indy to increase their footprint.
Entercom doesn't have the cash to buy stations in Indy, due to a wrongful death lawsuit in California, a payolla scandal, and trying to gloss over one of their talk show hosts getting arrested for murder (which have all been well publicized).
Riiiiiiiiight. Entercom's really hurting for cash. As usual, you're wrong. Any publicly traded company as large as Entercom has the leverage to generate massive amounts of cash if and when it needs it. The reason Entercom hasn't expanded in Indy has nothing to do with cash flow, it has to do with the lack of stations available for sale at reasonable prices.
I love all the people on this board who think they know what's going on inside Entercom locally, as well as Entercom nationally.
Clueless, really...
