Broadcasting and Cable.com has an article (registration may be required) reporting on Fox's plans to launch "My Network TV", which will distribute programs to both Fox-owned UPN affiliates (who will be losing that affiliation in the next few months with the UPN/WB merger) and other former UPN and WB affiliates who don't end-up becoming affiliates with the CW network.
On the other hand, I would not be surprised if the name "My Network TV" has to be changed before it is launched because independent WZMY-50 in New Hampshire (which is on most cable systems in the Boston area) re-branded itself "My TV" last year.
