BRUCE WILLIAMS HANGS UP HEADSETS

XM runs it from 9 to 10 on 158, I can't get any of the streams from his website to connect so I am off to my truck to listen to the last 30 mins.

it was kind of sad listening to the last half hour, you could hear the difference in his voice from the TalkNet clips he was running to his voice today. He claimed to have over twenty two thousand hours of shows in the can. That's a lot of shows.

He had a long and successful radio career by anyone's standards.

I don't know what ever happenned to TalkNet. Seemed like it was a good idea and well executed.

I know Bruce went off to "self-syndicate"...and while that may have been lucrative for him (I don't know), he was never heard from again by most of America.
