Currently the license for CIII-TV Paris does not have a provision for split-fed programming to its transmitters. That should be changed though.

Of course it makes business sense, but not only are they licensed to Paris, but what happens in Toronto is irrelavent to viewers in Northern Ontario, Ottawa, or Windsor. They really should split the license, and have CIII-TV-41 as a program undertaking along with CIII-TV Paris. The Paris station would be operated out of Kitchener and serve the entire province in the interim, until such time that additional stations could be added in Ottawa, and so forth.<P ID="signature">______________
