Wonder if it will really ever get on the air? The group behind it are sloppy in following the FCC rules.

On August 22 the FCC granted a directional B1 license to Modesto Independent Media for 89.5 in Los Banos. The 7.6kw ERP signal has a 60dBu covering Los Banos:
There were several competing petitions for this frequency both from religious and communuty groups in NCE MX Group 39.

Hopefully MIM will consider establishing a local studio in Los Banos now that KQLB, the town's commercial FM, is programmed out of Hughson.
