They say hindsight is 20/20, but I really wish the FCC had granted smaller communities radio stations (AM or FM)with just enough power to cover the county and absolutely no possibility of increasing the power..ever. Then this greediness wouldn't have taken place when the suits waved dollars in front of the small town owners. Of course, the law which allowed towers and studios to move should have never happened either. How can the FCC ever think it bettered the communities and to some degree free enterprize? In reality, this has been the Wal-Mart version of corporate radio taking over the small towns and killing the local business of good radio.
