Can WTQR bounce back?

Back in the day we could count on great sales people, to sell the sizzle of radio. These days they seem caught up in paperwork, corporate intiatives and giving every client "value added" promotions.

We find ourselves in the tenuous position of relying on sales managment to pull us out of the doldrums of these hard times.

What does that mean? It means cutbacks and staffing cuts are just around the corner.

My source says CC GSO is already planning the next round of cuts in programming. Their revenue is down 40-50 percent so far this year. Can Entercom be far behind?

In the daz in Winston Salem, most of the deals were made at the Downtowner Lounge, the Holiday Inn or the Sheridan Lounge..Of course there was always that strip club over by the Coliseum..

HAHAHAHAHA, you said it, APE. We all remember the daz back at the strip club. Those were the daz. Now, what did that have to do with anything as recent as the compact disc? Sorry, just bustin' your poke chops ol' bean. I think FM is a fad.
