I was in the supermarket yesterday. The headline on the National Enquirer said, "Betty White, 95, Battling Life Threatening Illness." I believe at 95, a life threating illness is old-age, but I wasn't willing to look at the rag to find out. Needless to say, I wish her well.

I believe Life with Elizabeth only lasted one season, but I heard that Betty rallied, and got a little bit of work after that. n

There was a lot of talk in this thread last year about Tim Conway, and why he wasn't part of the 50th anniversary show. Now we know:

I don't believe Betty White has made any television, or public, appearances in the last couple of years(last I heard of was when Valerie Bertinelli started a cooking show, which I don't even know is still on, and the rest of the 'Hot in Cleveland' cast appeared on the first episode).

As far as anyone can tell, Betty White is not suffering from dementia - but is getting frail. She's 96, after all. I saw her on the To Tell the Truth (new version) panel in late 2016, and was starting to look close to her age.
