I would be surprised if it got $15 million.
Still, this sell will determine the actual value of the properties. The Triad just isn't an attractive market to enter.
I didn't base my statement on Cox on what others have said, but from what markets I'm familiar with. I don't think it would be out-of-the-question for them to enter the market with these outlets. When Glenn Scott is gone, Cox can stablize it. I don't think anyone can build; so it is a matter of stablization. You need a good model that can be implemented in other markets and I think Cox has this for AM talk. I'm not saying Cox will be the buyer though. I'm still not sure at this point who will buy it?
