Your are right Frog it has been eight years since I have had a paid radio gig... Now on to the point... You could have the worlds best PD come in and run the show, but in the world of small market radio the owner still calls the shots no matter what kind of top dog PD he or she may be... If Jeremiah were given the tools and support needed I think you would have got the WRHL you are talking about... JB did the best with what he had which believe me Frog that was very little!!!
