Today Dale said that tomorrow (Friday, March 15th) at 7:45 AM they will announce the details of the "new" show. They think it will be innovative and is the future of how content will be delivered. He mentioned that the Internet is already available in some cars and will be common in cars the future.
From the hints that he has given over the past year it sounds like it will be a one hour program that will not be broadcast over the air. It might be a paid subscription to access a podcast of an "extra" show every day that is not on the air so they will not have to follow FCC rules and regulations. I don't know what makes it so "innovative" since there are many podcasts available. My guess is that listeners will pay the station a fee to access (download) the new extra uncensored hour and the station will pay them to do the program.
As far as I know, according to his latest comments on the subject, they still have not signed their contract with the station.
