I don't mind the banner or side Google ads but I wish I had more control over them. Usually nothing bad, but just things I'm not interested in.
And I'm glad the ads that popped up in the middle of the page are gone.
Just noticed the "Like" button available on all posts. A lot of posters suggested it for the old site.
I'm sure there are other things I'll discover along the way.

I get some of the latter as well. Maybe the algorithm figures that older guys who spend a lot of their time either listening to the radio or discussing it might need a bit more excitement in their lives.
