Christmas music on XM

Have to agree with the dude. Way too much x-mas music as it is.

They wouldn't do the x-mas if it didn't have a following. Now, my radio has this really cool thing on it called....(lets see here)....a DIAL! All I have to do is give it a turn when I come across stuff I don't like.

I don't mean to be rude, but I can't understand why should anyone care if XM adds Seasonal channels or anything else. Just don't listen to those if you don't like them.

Peace!

Thanks for the tip---after much searching I found the dial and am now able to listen to something other than XM kids for the first time in months.
My job entails a lot of time on the phone---much of it on hold. Here in Chicago, the "at work (crap lite)" station switched to x-mas music about November 2. Guess what everyone has piped on their hold system? If you were forced through the pain of Bob Seger's "Little Drummer Boy" three or four times a day (as well as about 10 versions of the Christmas song) four WEEKS before Christmas, you might understand my reticence on cranking my X-Mas XM music.

Hoot....

I'm in the Chicago area as well. I personally like the Christmas season and Christmas music. But I think WLIT's presentation is hard to take (to put it politely).

Maybe I'd feel differently albout the season and the music if I were subjected to "The Christmas Lite" all day!
