WVJS-AM Owensboro

I guess 105.9 was the first to play Christmas music. But for some stupid reason, after the morning show they went back to regular music!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe they don't want to hand their listeners to K-Love.

WCLU/Glasgow is playing the occasional Christmas tune-kind of nice to hear an AC station after Thanksgiving!

WRVI is now all-Christmas for the duration; they must have just decided to do weekends-only prior to Thanksgiving.

Actually, WRVI switched to all-Christmas music on the evening before Thanksgiving at 6pm. They were actually the first to begin the all-Christmas music format with WVEZ switching over to all-Christmas six-hours later at midnight on Thanksgiving Day.

I like traditional christmas tunes that are being played as we speak but i also enjoy diffferent versions of them and i must say 91.9 wfpk and quicksie 98.3 are doing there best to play them.I heard blink 182 i won't be home for christmas on quicksie 98.3 and the max did play relient k 12 days of christmas.Death cab for cutie does a nice cover of its christmas baby please come home just nice to here all of it not just one genre but thats just me not your typical( radio is background) person. I like to enjoy what i am listening to ;D
