Classical Music Starts on 101.1 Next Wednesday

When commercial 101.1(Now WOSA) FM in Columbus was sold to tOSU, the FCC specified as a condition for the approval of the sale, that tOSU apply for an license modification for 101.1, which was approved today.
There was a objection filed to the sale of 101.1 to tOSU but was dismissed by the commission.

Here is the license modification for 101.1 in Columbus to Specify Operation as a Noncommercial FM Station:

The link doesn't work for me. What was the gist of it? And if it includes improved coverage, why couldn't Vaughan have pushed it through at CD101-not-at-1025FM?

It does not change anything except now 101.1 is required to be a non commercial station.

Just pointed out the trivial fact that as of 01-19-2011, WOSA FM 101.1 is licensed as a noncommercial FM radio station.

This email is from WOSA FM 101.1 FM radio about applying for the noncommercial FM license.

The quotes below from the contract between OSU and Fun with Radio are accurate. It was part of the asset agreement and both parties agreed to prep an assignment application for FCC approval of the conversation to noncommercial upon closing the deal, which occurred Dec. 14th.

Also, a consultant tells me the FCCrubber stamps these these types of applications.
