Cleveland Radio Jan 26 Ratings

Or perhaps Salem no longer buys the book after selling The Fish.
That would be my guess. I believe RadioInsight continues to show subscribing stations for one or even two months after failing to receive a 0.1 share and even if there is zero cume, but takes them off the report if they no longer subscribe. An easy to see example this month is the continued presence of Audacy streams reported last month that now show a 0 cume and no share, but the absence of Cumulus stations in markets like Cincinnati that were reported a month ago.

I have always liked this method from RI because it keeps streams/HD subchannels there to compare month to month without cluttering the list with every HD subchannel that may only get a 0.1 once or twice a year.

If a station ceases subscribing, it is no longer shown in Nielsen's trends. If a station is subscribing but fails to show, it is still included in the trending.

Does anyone know where the line is that divides the Cleveland survey area and the Akron survey area? If Cleveland and Akron were one large metro with PPM I have no doubt WQMX would be Top 5 in 6+

In nearly all cases, Nielsen uses whole counties to determine a market.

There are exceptions. Examples: Fairfield County, CT is divided between several markets. Both Riverside and San Bernardino counties in CA contain all or parts of several different radio markets (plus a bunch of areas in no rated market!).

Having limited exposure to the market I grew up in, WMJI has drifted into whatever 106.5 has been since changing from WLTF in 1997.
Mix 106.5 (20-25 years ago) may as well be what WMJI is now....and WHLK is slightly different with some newer music thrown in since they became "The Lake?"
