Nor is David.
Actually, all names from the Bible are very common in Latin America. From Amós to Zenón (or "Zenén" or "Senén") the bible
David Alfaro Siqueros... one of Mexico's most famous artists is an example. Prerhaps the top two singers in Spain right now, David Bisbal and David Demaria? Or David Nalbandian, the Argentine ranked in the to 5 of world tennis players? David Ortiz is the most famous voice over recrding talent in Puerto Rico. I could go on and on, too.
Very common is either David José or, more so, José David which combines the name of the father of the Christchild with a hero of the Old Testament. Do a search on "Jose David" and you get 643,000 hits. The other way around only gets 186,000 hits.
Or just do a search with the name "david" and any of the countries of Latin America or any specific major city and you get all kinds of hits. Or pick up a phone book of any large US city, look for an obviously Hispanic surname, and county them.
You and Klif and Laffer are amazing. Now you are trying to change the names of millions of Hispanics.
