I really don't know. I just remember one day I was in Charlie Profit's office and we were talking about Phillip Duncan and Charlie mentioned how Phillip Duncan had tried to sell the station numerous times. I guess he (Charlie) got that info from Arpin. (990 was owned by Arpin's ADD Radio until 2004. - Just throwing that out there for readers who have just tuned in).

These days Duncan works as a restaurant chef as was a guest on The Scot Haney Show on Channel 3 last season.
