Yeah, I see a pattern... What do you consider working with? Running the board? Screening calls? Walking thru the same room?

ISaidSo said:Still waiting on the list of great talent from CSB or ABS........ Come on there must be one. ???
ISaidSo said:Well, like I said despite the 3 years of during out broadcasters you got nothing. All of these great defenders, and NO list.... A whole bunch of good people out a bunch of cash for no reason.... The economy being bad actually hurts those who have got "Jobs" by going to csb and abs... They were the first to go... No full time promotion help, very few if any full time board-ops, The Fan rolling with no producers, just part-time hourly board-ops and intern call screeners.... Not One on-air full time Legit talent in this market...Three years is a long time to not turn out ANY!
Not sure why you guys would choose to defend them.... Unless you just need to justify spending your money, Or why you are still in a business making $8.00 and hour running a board after paying all that cash. I am only out to stop CSB and ABS from ripping off anyone else. PERIOD! I have worked at many stations in my career, and almost 90% of the support staff of these stations have been guys off the street that paid the dues, worked up the latter, and landed full-time gigs. All of you could do that, and never spend one penny at one of these trade schools. That is all I am trying to get across. Thanks for your time. 8)
ISaidSo said:The 3 years i was referring to was CSB, but if that is true (37 years) then it makes my case even stronger... 37 years, and you can give me Nobody that has come from there that is working in this market... Not One single Legit frontline talent! 37 years!!!! What a amazing rip-off. Please kids, run, run, run from the radio trade schools. KEOM is for high school students you idiot. It is for kids to experience something different, not take money and crank out promotion part-timers, and board-ops. You also, skim over the fact that you don't need the trade schools (ABS being the worst) to get a gig like that in radio. Stop giving them money!
As far as The Fan goes, having a board-op try and produce a talk show in Market 5 is a disgrace, and is why The fan sounds like it does. 8)
