Considering that CoolTV is down to three affiliates, all owned by small, non-notable companies, I would still put my money on them.

No, I think right now the marketplace is trying to sort itself out in regard to subchannel networks. Along with some failures (Tube, Cool TV, RTV, etc.) are some success stories (MeTV, Antenna TV, Bounce, This, Movies!, etc.). Over time, these channels will get better, and likely new compelling subnets will come along that are bankrolled well and don't look amateurish.
I'm surprised your saying FOX "MOVIES" is successful. It just debuted. Not Knocking you but where did you hear that?
