Could 106.5 be sold to Brewer Broadcasting

Rodgers is the “non-entity [with-18-mil]” that IS the “non-stereotype”... I think the guy actually CARES about “local service”; and doesn’t want to slumber knowing he has a less-than-decent-station in the stable. ALL his operations ARE – “decent”!... ”SuperOldies-1580” has a good formatic and GREAT [technical] sound, but its PD appears headed for the grocery biz... All this BEFORE what passes as “Arbitron” in that market could pass a verdict.
 
Eastlan has been eyeing both Richmond and Columbus for quite sometime to start rating eventually. So who knows what could happen
