Could 94 WYSP come back at all?

They don't need to beat WHTZ, simply be more profitable than K Rock. It's basic business.
 
What NYC needs is a station like Radio 104.5. Alternative could work in New York. Philly is fine with their stations they basically have every single format imaginable! You're so lucky to have what you have!

PLEASE WHOEVER IS LISTENING PLEASE BRING BACK WYSP!!!! But with lots of newer acts, like Seether, Shinedown,Three Days Grace, Sick Puppies, etc., less old stuff, becuase WMMR already gives us that day in and day out. WMMR also has thier favorites, like Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam,Led Zeppelin up our asses. Please we need to get a Philly new rock station going, ENOUGH OF THE ODL STUFF IT IS GREAT, BUT I REALLY LIKE TO HEAR THE NEW STUFF TOO!!! PHILLY NEEDS A NEW ROCK STATION WHETHER IT IS WYSP OF SOME OTHER STATION TAKEN OVER THIS FORMAT. PLEASE AND THANKS!!!

Sadly, YSP won't come back (CBS just won't)

That's not to say a Class A can't be launched on 94.9 simulcasting 'ZZO (if the company owning WAYV doesn't want to move it to 94.9 as a Class B putting it closer to Phila - Like WSJO)

More likely, 98.9 or 106.1 could become Active Rock.
Radio One might sell one of its stations to another company (due to financial issues and 107.9 is so underperforming)

97.5 could become an Alternative like WPLY was / WRFF is.
103.9 could be sold, maybe you'll see WDRE
100.3 would sell for a large sum of money.
Beasley may flip it's 96.5 or 92.5.
Townsquare may flip 104.9 (if you get it)
