countdown to 93 point 9...predictions??

I stand corrected. Thanks for the info, Phus. I assumed that Ducky Bubbles Goes a-Courting was the title because of what was posted on WWFT's Wikipedia entry. I've since since modified with the info you've provided. Enjoy the aircheck, regardless. I've got one from 93.9 The Christmas Channel as well, which can be heard or downloaded here: http://www.mediafire.com/?atcizmet19u

They are both correct. From Wikipedia:

"Smash Mouth (who didn't ask for permission) borrowed the opening riff from "Swan's Splashdown" for their 1997 hit, "Walkin' On the Sun"."

I definitely hear that influence. If you search for Lonesome Road by Dean Elliot & His Big Band you'll find sound from it as well. Nice find, Phus.

If speakup is correct and it is "getting WARM in here", I would suggest that B105.7 start using the terms "Warm", "Refreshing", and "Family Friendly" ASAP. Sounds like another duplication of a Cincy station.

A company with any sense at all would file those with Arbitron long before actually flipping the station so a competitor couldn't use them.

Then again, we're talking about Cumulus.

According to Verizon's V Cast Song ID there are two songs...

Swans Splashdown by Jean-Jacques Perrey
-&-
Lonesome Road by Dean Elliot & His Big Band

That information is incorrect.

Trust me.

No the they are not incorrect,. If you run both songs through iTunes, they will bring up sound files for them.

And the songs listed above Lonesome Road by Dean Elliot and His band as well Swans Splashdown by Jean-Jacques Perrey are the exact same songs that kept looping the past week.
